The Planning Committee of the Town Council meets on every third Tuesday at 5.00pm in the Guildhall.

Members of the public are invited to attend these meetings - please come along to the Guildhall in time for a 5.00pm start.
Please note that the deadlines for feedback on Planning Applications are set by South Hams District Council and are not negotiable. The Town Council discusses all applications within the Parish of Totnes and Bridgetown and must provide feedback to the District Council in time for this deadline. If you want to raise an objection to a planning application, please check, via the Agenda, when that application is to be discussed so that you do not miss that meeting.
