The Full Council meets monthly on the first Monday of the month to agree policy and to debate issues. It approves or amends the recommendations made by the different Council committees and working groups (except for HR and Planning, which have delegated authority). Each meeting opens with Public Question Time. The Agenda is printed a week prior to the Full Council Meeting and is available from the office. The Agenda includes attachments and the Minutes of the Committee meetings.
