Totnes Dance Collective 7.00pm – 9.45pm

A unique circle of experienced dance teachers and facilitators that include 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine, Soul Motion, Open floor, Music-Led Dance plus other approaches with the ‘conscious dance’ genre. Monday night drop-in dance, for more information please go to their website

Hula Hoop Exercise Class 7.00pm – 8.00pm

Wednesday

Jamming Station 4.30pm – 9.30pm

Music sessions and workshops for young people and adults, where there is ample space to rehearse, break away into smaller groups, run workshops and make a big sound! Full PA and various instruments, a sound engineer, music leaders and young music mentors. Sessions run throughout the school year. Contact Jamming Station for more information.

Thursday

(Fortnightly) Deep Rhythm Thursdays 7:30pm – 9:30pm

Deep Rhythm is a new space for expansive dance journeys, bringing together the focus on conscious dance & movement meditation practice with the magical freedom of DJ-led journeying. Music will be our container, guide and medicine. There will be a warm-up, deep dives into the waves, no talking on the Dance Floor; dancing solo, in relationship and as a tribe are all possible and encouraged. (£10 drop in, pay on door no booking).
